Congratulations to Our Women Dems Endorsed Candidates!
We are pleased to congratulate the Women Democrats of Sacramento County’s newly endorsed candidates and thank our members for your continued participation, engagement, and support throughout the endorsement process.
As an organization, we remain committed to our mission of supporting Democratic candidates, advancing women and allies in elected leadership, and creating positive change in our communities.
We are grateful to every candidate who reached out to the Women Dems, participated in our endorsement process, attended our meetings, and engaged with our membership. We also appreciate our members for supporting our endorsed candidates through fund development, volunteering, outreach, and community engagement.
We look forward to continuing our partnerships with our endorsed candidates throughout the election season. We hope that the financial contributions provided by the Women Dems will help strengthen their campaigns and support their efforts to reach voters throughout our communities.

Endorsement Process
For candidates interested in being considered for an endorsement by the Women Dems for an upcoming election, please submit an email to sacramentowomendems@gmail.com to receive the Candidate Endorsement questionnaire. Once the completed questionnaire is submitted, candidates will be scheduled for an interview with the Endorsements Committee. The Endorsements Committee will send their recommendations to the Executive Board for its final approval of all endorsements requested.
If approved by the Board, the full membership will have an opportunity to vote at the next General Membership meeting to review and approve or not the endorsements or friendly endorsements requested. Endorsed candidates will receive considerable support from Women Dems’ members and all members will be notified of campaign events and activities for approved endorsed candidates.
Endorsed candidates are expected to speak at General Membership meetings to provide information regarding their campaigns and platforms and to answer questions as necessary.
