WOMEN DEMOCRATS OF SACRAMENTO COUNTY

For candidates interested in being considered for an endorsement by the Women Dems for an upcoming election, please submit an email to sacramentowomendems@gmail.com to receive the Candidate Endorsement questionnaire. Once the completed questionnaire is submitted, candidates will be scheduled for an interview with the Endorsements Committee. The Endorsements Committee will send their recommendations to the Executive Board for its final approval of all endorsements requested.

If approved by the Board, the full membership will have an opportunity to vote at the next General Membership meeting to review and approve or not the endorsements or friendly endorsements requested. Endorsed candidates will receive considerable support from Women Dems’ members and all members will be notified of campaign events and activities for approved endorsed candidates.

Endorsed candidates are expected to speak at General Membership meetings to provide information regarding their campaigns and platforms and to answer questions as necessary.
